At Ultra Botanica, we are committed to your satisfaction. We proudly offer a no-questions-asked return and refund policy for our wholesale partners — because we believe in making things right, simply and fairly.

 


 

1. Our Guarantee

 

If you’re not fully satisfied with any product — for any reason — just let us know. We’ll issue a full refund, store credit, or replacement, based on your preference.

 


 

2. Return Process

 

    • Your business name

    • Order number

    • Preferred resolution (refund, credit, or replacement)

      Email support@ultrabotanica.com with:


       

  1. We’ll provide a Return Authorization (RA) and a prepaid shipping label if a return is needed.

 

3. Product Return Expectations

 

  • While we don’t require detailed explanations, we do ask that products be returned when feasible. This helps us improve quality control and regulatory compliance.

  • Returns should be sent back within 14 business days of receiving the RA.

 


 

4. Timeframe

  • Return requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.

 


 

5. Shipping Costs

  • Ultra Botanica covers the cost of return shipping on all approved returns for domestic orders.  International orders need to be shipped at your cost.

 

6. Exceptions

  • There are no restrictions based on product condition — even opened or partially used products may be returned.
