1. Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

- Orders over $500 USD (before tax) qualify for Free Standard Shipping.
- Orders under $500 are charged a flat shipping rate based on weight and destination at checkout.

- Shipping rates are calculated based on destination, weight, and service level.
- DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) options are available for select countries. Please contact support for details.

2. Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
Orders placed after 1:00 PM CST may be processed the next business day.
During high-volume periods or promotions, processing may take slightly longer.

3. Shipping Methods
