The hemp extract used in Holos is a full-spectrum hemp extract. The limit on tetrahydro-cannabinoids in the product is below 0.3% for the USA and below 0.2% for the EU.

Even if you take this product as recommended, you will most likely FAIL a drug test.

Additionally, if you are sensitive to cannabinoids, you might also experience some mild psychoactive effects. You should NOT drive a car or operate machinery until you have experience using this product on a regular basis and know its effects on you.
